It’s not really the end of an era, although it feels like it. I just like being dramatic sometimes. What I mean by all of this is I’m a quarter of the way done with my senior year of college.

This time next year, I’ll be moved out of Orange, working at a nice place as a graphic designer, and living in an apartment with my cat (hopefully all this comes true…) It’s all scary to take in. But honestly, I’m counting down the days. I’ve been waiting for this moment for so long–to be an independent, functioning adult–and I can’t believe it’s almost here. They say that college is the best years of your life, but now that it’s ending I feel like my life is beginning. I’m excited for new adventures.

Anyway, I just wanted to give you a quick update on my life. I’ve been busy with school, so I haven’t had time to post. However, I’m applying for internships for next semester, and I want to make sure my portfolio on here is up to date, so expect some updates with my website in the future!

In the meantime, I wanted to leave you with this little phrase. Lately I’ve been waking up in a grumpy mood, and I noticed it effects my entire day. So I wrote this out to remind myself that today is going to be great, and I have so many things to look forward to, and I bet you do to. So smile, and have a good day!
